Sri Sri Babathakur, the personification presently being used by the Supreme Divinity to spread Divine messages like---"Knowledge of Oneness and Oneness of Knowledge.", "All Divine for All Time, as It Is."...etc. is focusing on the jivas ( the monads ) the beacon light of Self-Knowledge from all possible angles to usher them into their Real-Nature ( absolute reality, peace and bliss ) from the realm of their apparent nature, which is their jiva hood or monad hood.
At satsanga ( like discourse on Absolute-Divinity from the lotus lips of a Sadguru i.e. God personified ) the Sadguru points out many signs which are very important to identify nature of people, even in our mundane life. According to Him mundane life revolves around I ( the ego I and not the Self-Absolute ) in the form of mine. The lesser the idea of mine the greater is the degree of Divine and vice verse. The surest sign of spiritual nature is lack of mineness in the behavior of jiva or monads. The more a jiva or monad approaches towards spiritual nature the more he becomes dependent on Thee ( Sadguru ) and founds himself absorbed amidst Divine, in place of mine. This process goes on and on until the jiva or monad looses his apparent identity that is his jiva hood for ever in the ocean of Divinity through nirvikalpa samadhi i.e. trance of second less nature or ultimate trance
